Can You Use Magnets to Frame an Item?

I just framed a jersey and wanted to include a pair of game worn gloves in the frame as well. The backing on the frame is thin cardboard and I could use a few sets of magnets (in the fingers of the gloves and on the back of the frame) to pin the gloves in the frame.

I thought it was a pretty good idea, but not sure if the magnets could be harmful to the gloves or jersey within the frame. Any insight?

Not sure if it would be possible or if it would even make a difference you might want to wrap the magnets that touch the gloves in some type of acid free cloth or acid free paper or something.
