I just closed a deal to obtain this jersey - just looking for thoughts. It is Autographed and Certified by PSA/DNA...

It is represented as a 1971 Salesman's Sample. Any Thoughts?

That's the most worn beat up sample I have ever seen! Nice! With those stains I would look for a photo match. Those would even show up on old grainy photos.

I figured for $150 DLVD for a Robinson AU Jersey (vintage Flannel at that!) - Salesman's Sample or otherwise, I couldn't pass it up.

Can't wait to get it and check it out...

There's a thread about another Oriole's salesman's sample but nothing I could find on a Robinson sample.

:and that's the guy I'm getting it from and he even represented it as a Salesman's Sample (per Dave's comments in the old thread).

Nice and refreshing to deal with someone who isn't trying to misrepresent something after they find out what it really is...
