I would say that is 100% fake.

If it was sloppy it would still be fast. This one looks clearly like it was slow and deliberate to try to make it look like Alberts.

Now that is a strange one. It looks like Albert just flat out spelled his name wrong -- 'Albret'. Despite the seller's description, it's not his full name, which is Jose Alberto Pujols.

Athletes, authors, and celebrities occasionally misspell their own names. I was on the receiving end of a misspelled author autograph once; I couldn't believe it.
