Has anyone seen it in the current GF Auction? Looks like the earliest Munson to hit the market.

Quite a bargain compared to the other two Munson helmets sold:

Still 8 days left, you'll see a huge jump in price.

I'm stunned. Looks like only 2 will qualify for extended bidding.

Is GF's website down? I couldn't log on to see any of the auctions today.

No, to see the auction you have to login and hit the Live Auction icon in the upper left corner. It may only be visible if you are either a bidder or consigner.

Might be the case as the website wouldn't load for me at all, not even the homepage.

If I am not mistaken this particular helmet sold on ebay several months ago for 6K. Not a bad flip...I believe a forum member bought it

hey bonds gloves......you are 100% right....i had contacted the ebay person and was willing to pay 10k for it......and someone talked this poor woman into like 6k......for likes of me i couldnt figure out who obtained the helmet.......he would have done better with a private sale to me..thegoodz15...lol.....happy collecting

@@thegoodz nice bidding war we had. my phone guy kept telling me..."bid once more and you got it" like 3 times. he certainly tried to "persuade" me. it would have been hard to deny me that day anyways. something tells me we will cross paths again one day... good luck
