NFL Auction help

I won a jersey on Tuesday night and something happened with my credit card so it didn't go threw. NFL Auctions emailed me a link so i can pay for the item.I get to the screen that says enter address and i do, once i hit next i get this message

it is a house address i put in so everything is ok there and i have had something deleveried once before. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know a phoone number? i can only find an email to email them which i did but htey have yet to reply.

Not sure yet does your shipping address match the billing address on your credit card? If billing address is different than shipping that may be the solution, they may need to match.

If it does then I am puzzled...re their reply.

I can't get that far. It only let's me put in an address and then it gave me that message.
