Team USA Baseball Hologram Question....

I have a team USA baseball jersey that I believe I have misplaced the COA on. It has the Team USA hologram on it as pictured below. Jersey was purchased directly from MLB.com so I have no questions on autenticity. I could not find a database anywhere on the Team USA website or MLB.com. Does anybody know where the database is or if it exists? Thanks.

I don't believe USA Baseball maintains an on-line database for the non MLB holograms. You should contact David Perkins at USAB and he may be able to replace your letter.
