    The auction trifecta

It looks like this auction is a perfect 3 for 3! First, the auction is being conducted by someone who has been guilty of fraud, second, he attempts to persuade potential bidders by posting a picture of the jersey from a Vintage Authentics auctions, another memorabilia company guilty of fraud, and to top it off, it's been blessed by a Lou Lampson LOA.

But hey its a Lou 7.5!

I posted his Aikman gamer earlier this week waiting on some comments. Where were you when I needed you? JK. http://www.ebay.com/itm/270942880292... 4.m1438.l2649

I didnt bid. Anyway, his listings are private so that scared me. I guess these type of guys, like another Dallas Cowboys ebay seller, seem to be out for new blood.

Does anyone know why Mitchell isn't in jail?

Does anyone know why Mitchell is allowed to sell on ebay?

I see no deterrent for fraud if it's still "business as usual" for him.

I'll let you have this one Short, I'll bid on the next one as soon as Lampson authenticates it!

Those are good questions. To piggyback on them, does Mitch still have an active membership with GUU?

I can't tell from his GUU page if he has been banned.

Forum search for used name "masauction" comes up with no matches. Maybe he signed up and never posted anything. I too could not see anything about a status.

Heck, I'd much rather see him come on here and try to explain himself/take his lumps than screw unsuspecting people over on ebay.

Lol ... he has been called out on GUU countless times and never responded, so I wouldn't hold my breath. He should be banned from both. No need to pick just one.

I'm always amazed at how many people in this hobby post comments like above, when someone is caught selling bogus items. I guess as long as you have a good excuse (rent was due, illness, weak moment, greed, associated with unsavory individuals, etc.) then you might be able to get a half dozen additional 2nd chances.

You're shady or you're not. No explanation necessary.

I don't think you read my post with the meaning I intended.
