Nate, ok I don't see your point. The Original listing you show doesnt show pictures of the item so there is no way to compare if it is the same exact item.
The original listing never states whether or not it was Game Used or Game Issued.
The new listing shows tags of a at least Game Issued Jersey.

Nate good question I would be curious on this one myself I hope someone can chime in. What's funny is that it seems both are the correct size from the samples you pointed out and the one listed on ebay.

You can find quite a few Pedro signed game issued Mets jerseys from Steiner on ebay. They do not have the retail tag, but I am not sure if they have the 0062 tag inside.
