How in the world did I miss this Hall of Fame worthy career? Being a life long Reds fan, I ought to be ashamed of myself. ;)

Best of luck to all the bidders - this is going to be a wild one!

I wonder how much the "1 offer" eBay lists for this jersey was. Of course he declined it. Personally, I wouldn't pay even one-tenth of his asking price on this piece.

Sounds like someone fishing hard to get a mention of the auction on Jones' radio show...

In the words of Mr. Jones himself, 'It is what it is'

Now down to 1499.00! A great investment at this price!:p

I made an offer of 175.00 and got rejected right away!

That's a fair price.

I got a hold of the seller yesterday afternoon and he is looking for a $1,000. I'd love to pick it up, but I am a buyer at a much lower price than a grand.

He did say that he wanted to get Tracy to notice him - good luck!

I hate to say it, but all it takes is one huge fan of the radio show to offer the $1,000. Granted, that's not how I choose to price my items because I think I have a better feel for the true marketplace. But if by some chance the jersey WAS mentioned on the radio show, who knows?

Maybe, but I would think $300-$500 would be a more realistic price.
