Orioles ABC batting helmet

Hello everyone:
I'm looking for some help on an Orioles batting helmet I currently own.
It's an ABC, size 7 1/4 for right handed batters, with the 1989-1995 pattern bird (tail elevated, with an ORANGE eyeball). The #12 is on the bill in solid orange.
I can't get a decent photograph of the date code, so I will describe it.

The wheel has the following numbers: 6, 7, 8, 9
To the left of the 6, there are three dots in a vertical line
To the right of the 7 and the 8 there is one dot each.
To the right of the 9, there are four dots in a square pattern.

(Please excuse the quality of the provided photograph. I currently only have a small point and shoot digital camera available.)

If anyone can help me with this, I would really appreciate it!

Hey everybody:
Just wanted to say that, in response to this post, two members of the forum stepped up and provided significant help to me on this helmet. Since I didn't ask their permission, I won't reveal their names at this point, but I did want to publicly acknowledge their assistance.
