2007 Scott Kazmir Rays game jersey

I picked up a 2007 Scott Kazmir Tampa Bay Rays game vest. At this time I am unsure if it is game used or game issued - still waiting on it to get here. I do know it was purchased direct from the Rays.

2007 was his best season as a pitcher - 13-9 I believe and led the league in strike outs with over 230.
