1999 Ripken jersey in Mile High auction

Any Ripken experts care to chime in? Ironfan, DaveM, etc? It seems like almost every auction out there seems to have a Ripken jersey, so I KNOW all are no legit. I mainly collect NBA, and it's just hilarious how there's a Bird, Kareem and MJ "game worn" jersey in every auction too. I'm just no expert on MLB jerseys, especially Ripken, to know what to look for. At least the tagging isn't crispy and clean, so I gotta that's at least a +1? haha..

Any help would be most appreciated! :)

It's just one photo, but this Getty shot, taken froma game at Baltimore on 7/29/99 shows a NOB with nowhere near as much arch as the one in the auction.
