keith primeau game used flyers jersey

I was hoping to get other peoples opinion on this jersey. he says it's game worn and signed. doesn't have a loa, but says he'll give 100% guarantee.

A couple of major red flags. The Flyers only wore CCM jerseys for one of Keith's seasons in Philly.

1) Keith joined the Flyers in 1999. It can't be from this season because there is no NHL 2000 patch.

2) Starting in 2000, the jerseys were made by Koho, not CCM

3) The name is sewn directly into the jersey and not onto a nameplate. I have never seen another example of a Flyers game worn jersey with the name sewn directly into the shirt.

4) The number being beat up isn't something you'd normally see on an actual game worn jersey. How the hell could it have happened on ice? Did a pitbull attack him while skating?

Barring a direct photomatch showing the name sewn directly into a jersey and the number destruction, I'd pass and say it is NOT a game worn jersey.

Back numbers don't look right to me, and DEFINITELY should be on a nameplate, as far as I know.
