Always love the pink bats. Here is a dedicated thread to discuss what players are using, auctions, photos, pick-ups, etc for 2012. Feel free to include cleats, batting gloves, etc.

I hear ya Scott, last year Billy Butler got an off day, which irritated me to no end, especially since there was an off day the following Monday.

Also, FYI, Moustakas out day to day with a strained hamstring... So, unless he comes in as a pinch hitter, his bat will not be game used.

Damn...Looks like nobody is bidding on the Jeter G/U Pink bat this year. He usually only uses it one AB and this year after he struck out using it, he gave it to some little girl right behind the dugout. Bummer

Jeter just gave his MD bat to a young fan by the dugout after his first at bat....will it pop up on eBay?

I am going all out for my players stuff this year. Looks like with Moustakas sitting out I'll save a few bucks. No game issued stuff for me this year. Montero is using a pink bat + pink cleats today so I've got a few big money items to pick up whenever MLB.com puts them up for auction.

I guess you'll have to settle for that Jeter game issued pink bat that Steiner will have for sale.

That is a nice bat Pablo. With use, it goes for big dollars and is out of the range of many. Oh well....gotta pay for rarity.

Maybe about 10 days out or so?.....It doesn't all happen at once though too.

I don't think they ever finished selling the 2011 Pink Bats. I do not recall seeing any Astros Pink bats his MLB.com.
