EBAY Negative Feedback removal

Hi,

I am sure people use ebay on this forum.

If a buyer recently leaves you (Seller) negative feedback on Ebay and they admit they had a made a mistake on leaving you negative feedback. Anyway of the buyer can retract there negative feedback into positive feedback? If there is a way. Can you post a link or description on how to remove it. Thanks
