Kurt Suzuki A's Jersey Question

I just bought a signed Kurt Suzuki team-issued A's jersey. I realize "team-issued" is a cloudy subject. But I need your thoughts. The jersey has an 0062H wash tag, no year tag or COA and no sign of wear. What do you think I have?

It is probably a team issued jersey that they ordered to sell. They have sold a few of them at the silent auction. I believe they have also given some away to season ticketholders.
