Josh Willingham using Shelley Duncan LVS Bat? NEED HELP SOLVING

Does anyone know the story behind Josh Willingham using Shelley Duncan LVS Bat. I have photo matched Josh using it in the reds series in Cincy at the end of June and the next series in Minnesota vs the white sox. The Indians (Shelley Duncan plays for them) played the series before the twins showed up in cincy. Could Shelley Duncan forgot the bat in the club house and Josh Picked it up, licked it and start swinging it?

any answers or ur guess would be appreciated.
