I wanted to publicly thank a senior forum member for a meaningful transaction. For years, I had been looking for a Dennis Martinez jersey. I had seen his perfect game at a stressful juncture of my life. It meant a lot.

Soi I couldn't believe it when Byron Warouw of Washington was selling a Martinez jersey (and for a reasonable price). It's a Mariners (Martinez pitched his perfecto for the Expos in '91) but it suits me fine.

So thanks. It's been a good few months for holy grails for me.
