Jersey Help -- Northeastern University -- maybe Reggie Lewis?

Hello -

Me again... my brother picked up this jersey and my research has hit a stop.
Clearly, it's a Northeastern University Basketball jersey with number 35. Reggie Lewis played for the Celtics in number 35, but unsure if Reggie wore that number at Northeastern.

The tag suggests 1970s, which would pre-date his time at Northeastern, but my tag knowledge is poor at best...

So, any ideas here?? (images coming soon)

I can't help with the tagging at all, I know zero about college basketball jerseys... But he did wear #35 for Northeastern and it was retired in 1989.
