I was trying to upload (with Renee's permission) for the entire forum the inventory spreadsheet released today by the Brewers. Unfortunately at 1.1 MB the file is nearly double the size of the forum .pdf upload size constraint.
Some non-2012 items (ie: 2011 NLDS vs Diamondbacks and NLCS vs Cardinals items) appear newly released by the clubhouse. Folks can reach Renee at gameused@brewers.com to request the file, and presumably to request being added to her distribution list.
For those that haven't dealt with Renee or the Brewers before, I've found distinguished professionalism in everything she does.
