Here are two recent pickups that I got. The first is Jose Fernandez's hat from this years Futures Game and second is a foul ball hit by Giancarlo Stanton. Both are authenticated by MLB.
Game used Gary Bennet goalie style gu helmet, Gene Conley game used reunion uniform, Tim Gradoville catchers gear mask and chest protector, and Harry Kalas personal coat. (my Favorite now) Also Richie hebner GI jersey.
The last NL game in Astros history saw a couple of pickups for me from the Astros. Coach Dave Clark gave me a fungo bat, made by a company called BRETT. I've never heard of them....can any of our bat gurus give me some background on them?
Also, postgame, I was tossed a pair of batting globes (Underarmour white with palm tar) from Brandon Laird.
A friend got a game ball tossed to him by an umpire. The team store inside the park didn't offer any authenticated game balls from today...one employee said the Astros had pre-bought whatever was to be made available.

Super excited to get this one in the mail today. Been trying to get one all season, to no luck, but was recently able to get this one through the team. It's a 2012 Washington Nationals Ryan Zimmerman game used bat. The bat shows tremendous use and has a slight handle crack. Now to try and photomatch it.
Jake Peavy game used cleats. I'm a big fan of Peavy's since his Padre days...one of the good guys in baseball. I always wanted a pair of his White Sox player exclusive cleats in my collection, and after getting to know me and my collection, he happily obliged me. The initials BP on the toungue of in honor of his grandfather, Blanche Peavy. Inside the tongue, are the initials JPWPJP, for his three sons, Jake, Wyatt and Judson. Then he has his number 44 embroidered on the back side of the shoes. These cleats have become a favorite in my collection!
