Help!!! NLDS Giants Stuff

I got the list for 2012 and reserved a game used baseball from the NLDS. But my computer cannot open the file to see what the cost of it is. Any help? My cojmputer was handcrafted by Gutenberg-- hence the problem.

I paid the same price for a Steiner Yankee ball for a regular season game only!!

Grab anything cool? I saw they had 2 Reds hits and 1 Giants on that list. I grabbed the Hanigan Game 2 single.
