Ok maybe some of you knew about this or maybe all of you knew about this, but call me johnny come lately. I just found out and to my huge surprise that Peter Nash is the one who runs the Hauls of Shame website, not to mention has wrote many articles on game used items including the fraudulence of items in the Halper collection and wrote books on baseball collections.

For the ones who are not familiar Peter Nash aka Prime Minister aka Pete Nice was the member of the popular rap group 3RD Base.

To add more irony to it he grew up not to far from where I live a matter of 15 to 20 minutes away and still lives relatively close about an hour away now.

He even used to own a sports memorabilia store in cooperstown NY.

Who would of thought a rapper from the 90's would of got so heavily involved into the Game Used Memorabilia hobby.

I agree do you have something to show on that? That would be an interesting read, especially since he is one to cal out fake game used items

After a quick google search, I fell on an interesting article that mentions Peter Nash and bad memorabilia.

From what I got from that article, he had some crud in his collection that got passed along. Not sure if he knew it was bad or not?

Man, not to get too off topic, but I just went back and watched/listened to some of their "music" on youtube. I remembered it as poor, but that is some urine-poor music they put out, even for the late 1980s-early 1990s. Good gosh!

He's been involved with numerous lawsuits over the years, but I don't recall him ever being accused of faking jerseys. His father was also sucked into a lawsuit for trying to help Peter pay off some legal debts.

Glad you gave your music review, although I don't remember that you were asked.

You would think someone who is a self proclaimed expert would know better. Page 2 of this story he admits he admits he committed fraud in court after borrowing a million dollars to buy game used items for REA.

Heres one which shows his great character. Claiming he will send someone to break legs if they dont sell an item to him.
