Hopefully I'm not "outing" this on someone but this is cool, if I knew there was a US Coast Guard Academy I had forgotten! Coast Guard Bears, I love that name. Looks like they play Division III. There's a listing on ebay for mid-80s-ish game worn helmet and jersey:
