MLB Wash Tag Question

I have no clue what the codes and numbers mean on a wash tag. Can anybody help? I have a Matt Antonelli jersey with a tag that reads -
0078
0916I1
48

I know that 48 is the size.
I'm not sure when the jersey is from, either. It is the same style as the 2008 batting practice. But, the 2008 looks just like the 2009, 2010 and 2011 styles.
2008 Spring Training also look just like this. Any help is appreciated

0078 is the pro code for BP starting a season or two back... 48 is the size, unsure what the other number is offhand.
