Steiner/MLB Holograms

Quick questions:

What happens do Steiner/MLB holograms if they are removed from a jersey, for example? Will "void" appear?

Would be good to have a pinned thread on holograms.


Any progress on the Steiner hologram database?

On the jersey itself? I know the MLB Holos, assuming Steiner is similar, will break apart with holes basically peeling out of the hologram (kind of hard to explain. I've seen it once or twice and it's obvious when it has been moved.
