Speaking of the last Lelands Auction that ended here in December - if anyone won the Al Kaline bat labeled as an early career 50s bat, it was an index bat. I had them weigh and measure it to check against records, then notified them, but the listing description stayed the same.
Also, those jerseys from the Carlos Baerga collection, I know someone that saw those in person and it was being kind to call them GU. They were very minty fresh versions, probably nothing more than jerseys exchanged between players or teammates. If you won them, check them out closely and decide if they are as described.....Comment
