What team might this durene hockey jersey be from? Chicago Blackhawks?

Hello hockeyl fans. Could I pls ask for your help identifying the team and or players that may have worn the following jersey? Any assistance would be appreciated. Nice silky dureen..with Wilson collar tag...size 40. Chicago coloring...but with number 7 sewn onto the logo area..both sides. College perhaps?

Yes, exactly..a thrift store excursion. There is an amzing area here in Toronto with over 20 used clothing shops in a row. I have found several game worn pro jersyes over the years...and many duds too. The hunt has me addicted.
