So I bought this jersey from Eric Davis' last season of 2001. He didnt play much, but Bonds was on his way to the homerun record. You'd think Eric would have thousands of photos just by being on the same team. Wrong. Not that many exist. So, after trying for hours... and hours... and way more more hours than anyone should spend on matching a jersey, I found a video of Bonds hitting the 70th homerun on Oct 4 2001. Eric is first to great him, then runs around beating Barry on the head. I stole this still shot... Clear a still as I could get. Is that not the same thread on my jersey BLURRY in all its glory?
Anyone who can possibly grab a better shot of this, I would owe you one. I also believe I have the same shoes or at least style he was wearing when he greeted Bonds...
