Team Hall of Fames and PEDs

Is there any rules for not getting into a teams hall of fame (ie. Reds Hall of Fame) because of performance enhancing drugs. Would McGwire get into the Cardinals Hall of Fame or Bonds into the Giants Hall of Fame? Are they even eligible?

Also why isn't Pete Rose in the Reds Hall of Fame as a player?

    ok i found the answer

Bonds is not on MLB's permanently ineligible list so he would be eligible for the Giants HOF, Clemens is eligible for Red Sox HOF, etc.

but Rose is not eligible for the Red's HOF since he is on MLB's ineligble list.

I would think the team HOF would be more forgiving in voting McGuire, Clemens or Bonds into their own HOF than the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Am I off on this presumption?

I would imagine it would be more feasible that players like those mentioned would have an easier path to the team HOF. Obviously, it would not be the same sportswriters voting for the team HOF versus the Baseball HOF, so I think the odds would be much better.
