Found this old Mariners pullover jersey. The only tagging is a faded out neck tag that I can't read. Any thoughts as to what it may be?

With the lack of tagging and odd colors, I assumed it wasn't anything more than a random retail jersey.

While I agree that it's not a Major League gamer, to be fair, the script on the M is the same as that worn in Seattle's early days. The color scheme, however, appears wrong, as I cannot recall the M's ever wearing red.

Yes, I certainly recognized the script as that of the Mariners early days (I didn't think that was the OP's question)...With a # like 91, my guess is that it's from some beer league softball team..

I put the neck tag under magnification and believe the manufacturer is EVANS.

Thanks both-teams-played-hard.....I'll look into it, although the beer league seems plausable. I'm a pessimist when it comes to items like these.
