I've got a few game used bats from members of the 1981 Yankees AL Champs team for sale. I thought I'd put them out here first, will put on ebay shortly if nobody is interested.
1. Oscar Gamble--1980-82 Louisville Slugger, cupped end, moderate use, grain separation on the back of the barrel. Nothing written on the knob or end. SOLD
2. Rick Cerone--1980-82 Louisville Slugger, nice use, two-tone brown bat, cracked in the handle, 10 on the knob. Asking $85 delivered
3. Larry Milbourne--1984-85 Louisville Slugger, decent use, cracked through the label, MIL on the knob, asking $60 delivered
4. Bob Watson--1980 Adirondack blue ring, nice use, two handle cracks. This bat was made in late 1979 or early 1980, it has Watson's 28 on the knob in black marker. Watson only wore #28 with the Yankees. For some reason his Yankees bats are extremely tough to find, there are lots of Astros and a good number of Braves but the Yankees bats are very tough. Asking $160 delivered.
5. Russ Davis 1995 Yankees Louisville Slugger, nice use, a couple of really nice ball marks, cracked in the handle, asking $50 delivered.
