I was wondering if anyone had seen the 80/81 Arthur whittington jersey in the American Memorabilia auction. I would appreciate it if anyone could take a look at it and give me their opinion on it. Like everyone else here I expect to pay a fair price and get what I paid for. So any help would be appreciated.

Hey Steve, not sure what to make of the inclusion of the black jersey pics so you may want to give them a call on that.
The white jersey looks good to me overall but the inscription in silver was clearly added years later (maybe recently) which might account for the mix up. I would bet that silver is a paint pen, too vivid for a sharpie. Either way, it's not like those were around in the early 80's.
