Does anyone have advice regarding NFL Auctions customer service? I'm trying to get information on an item I won but have not yet received. I was charged over a week ago and received an order confirmation email that had a completely wrong mailing address, at which point I emailed regarding the issue. When emailing via nil.auction@nfl.com I get quick responses are are no help, not to mention they aren't even complete sentences. I keep getting, verbatim, "Let me check..." or "Maybe the warehouse will reroute...". I've yet to receive a shipping confirmation email, and my last 2 emails regarding this have gone completely unanswered. Any insight from NFL Auctions regulars would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I've run into the same thing.
I've actually received items in the mail before getting shipping confirmation e-mails.
While their customer service isn't the best and their shipping is over-priced, I've never had an item not make it to me.

I've received someone else's item before (and it was an item worth WAYYYY more than what I bought). And then to think they wanted ME to pay to return the item.
That place is a complete mess....

Few years back I won a steelers item from them, they charged my card so my item was paid for. 2-3 weeks go by, no item. I email them askin where it is, turns out they sold it to someone else. Last time I ever bought anything from them.

Alex,
Thanks for your insight, I got home last night and found a UPS info notice on the door. They need a signature for a package from NFL, so the package has arrived before I got a shipping confirmation email.

the past year-year and a half i have had no problems. I usually had the item 2 days later with shipping notice. Lately i have heard of a lot of people having problems though.

Does anyone have a phone# to contact an NFL Auctions customer rep? They are horrible about responding to emails in a timely manner. Thanks!

NFL Auctions actually has Customer Service?
I think they work right next to the Cubs 1969 an 1989 World Series Trophies, and across the hall from Leprechauns, and unicorns.

Since this is a family forum, customer service was used for lack of a better word!

I have found Scott to be very helpful whenever I have a problem.....That said, this year, I have waited 3x as long for my items than I had in the past.
Best of Luck!
