I belong to a site called baseball-fever and Brian's been posting in the wood bat discussion thread there. Most of the discussions in that forum are about wood bats from the users point of view instead of the collectors angle. I'm guessing from a manufacturers point of view it's beneficial to get feedback from the customer base instead of fielding questions all day about bat orders of MLB players.
