I want to say a while ago that someone was able to get a new hologram put on an authenticated item that had the hologram numbers nearly faded or scratched off.
Just looking for more information on how to go about doing that and/or success stories of that happening.
I am not talking about adding getting additional information inserted into the database, just a replacement hologram put on an item.
