Looks like a signed retail authentic due to the neck tagging.

Agreed. Also, the Lampson LOA "authenticating" the item as game worn is worthless.

I love how people always claim their stuff came from sources in the clubhouse. It's obvious that is a retail jersey. Took a retail, got it signed and sold it as game used since it came from a clubhouse attendant. When you buy supposed stuff off people like this, who's to say the stuff they are peddling is not stole from the club. These days I don't think you can just take jerseys and what not from the clubhouse without considering it theft from the club. Look at the former Mets guy who stole tons of stuff from the club.

Here is a different Ortiz jersey (this is from seller Beantown116) same basic issue... This one isn't even an MLB authentic and yet it is being sold as "game used":
