Most modern game used hockey jerseys come in numbered sizes, not small, meduim or large. Could be a jersey used in a youth tournament judging by the size.

Tough to say on the auto, but it looks like he added the #32, so whoever auto'd it, most likely not his jersey.

It looks like Mike Peca signed the jersey. He wore #37 with the Oilers.
