I've been a life long Cubs fan but have also followed the Rays closely for many years. Basically since they drafted Longoria. I love the way they have fun with the game even when they're not playing it! I also love that they compete and compete well in the toughest division in baseball all while having one of the lowest payrolls. So I agree 100% with the statement that Maddon is one of the best managers in baseball.. maybe even the best.
