USA Basketball Jersey's on GF Auction

Since the jersey's are listed without a source of how they were obtained, is it safe to say there is a good chance they are game issued instead of game used? Or do you just take the word of the seller and Grey Flannel that they are game used?

I have seen so many of these Team USA jerseys floating around on ebay and auction sites. Hard to believe they are anything but pro-cut.
