So doing a search this morning for Cardinals items and saw this 1986 Herr listing. Looked at the images and the jersey is missing the name and the numbers are silk screened. However, there is a tag and flag.

Is this a Frankenstein or ST, or something else?

Also, see someone messaged the seller about it being a MiLB jersey and they added a note to "bid accordingly"
