Steelers throwback "gamer"?

Hello - I just got a email from another collector who recently bought a storage locker. Inside were some personal items and a jersey they think was worn by Jevon Kirkland. I don't have a clue so I figured I'd ask forum members for their opinions. I've attached some scans.

Any help would be appreciated,
