    Phillies Thome Bat

Been looking for a Phiily Thome bat, there is one on ebay now, a Louisville Slugger. Model # looks good, but knob does not look like Jim's. What does the forum think??

.......I was looking at that myself, and except for some posed photos,I've never seen a Thome Phillies bat that didn't have a taped-up handle.Unless I found a photo of him using one untaped,I'd avoid this bat.

That bat is probably like the one they had on display at Philly. He only uses those natural bats for BP. Even then ,they are all taped on the knob. So, It's highly unlikely it is a gamer.
