First off I am still fairly new to the game used community. I am guessing that most people use MLB TV to capture photo matches? I have read that you are not able to watch games if you are the area of that team. Are you able to watch past games from that team? I am in the Cincy area, and would be useless to me if you are unable to watch Reds games.

Second... Zack Cozart hit 2 home runs on April 5, 2013 against the Nationals. Would anyone be able to post any pics of either, or both home runs? I have purchased a broken bat from the next day April 6, 2013.

Photo Matching seems like a great way to enjoy your game used items. I searched for a past post on how you guys get your pictures of past games. Any info on either subject would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can watch past games from the Reds...I have the same blackout problems with the Reds in NC.

Here are some shots from the 2nd HR at bat. Good luck on the first HR - as it was hit on the first pitch.

Front of bat from the Reds TV feed:

Back of bat from the Nats TV feed:

Looks like its the same bat from the Getty photo that Chris posted. Both have the big white leather mark on the barrel.

If you are in Reds territory - you can NOT watch Reds games live with MLB.tv - you will be blacked out. However, you can watch them like 90 minutes after the game has ended and archived games.

I'd look into DirectTV if I were you - blackout restrictions are different with this service.

Hope this helps.

Put a little story with this bat.

My girlfriend is the one that posted the pics today. On Saturday at the Reds game (the one we won against the Cards) she said she had to use the restroom in the middle of the ninth. As always I stay for the whole game... When I met back up with her she had this bat in her hands. Never dreamed she would actually follow through on buying a bat of her own, but she proved me wrong once again... So excited that she is getting into my hobby as much as she has.

With that being said. I am new to this type of collecting, and I feel fairly certain that she is right about this bat.

Will be hard to swallow if she is. I have collected since last year, and this will be the first photo match bat with significance that someone else did not sell as a photomatch in our collection.
