I'm no expert but the MLB authentication code does not say this was even issued to Thome. Also no Bob Feller patch.

It may be just me, but a size 48 Thome is something I would expect to see in genuine form from the mid-1990s, not 2011. The Thomes I've been comfortable with from the mid-2000s on have all been 50s or 52s.

If you look at the authentication sticker it looks to have been added to the jersey. The sticker in the left corner shows evidence of tampering like it was removed from one jersey and added to this jersey. Here is the details of the authentication.

This jersey was won at a Cleveland Indians Charity gold outing in the summer of 2012!
2011 Jim Thome jersey won in summer of 2012 authenticated to an issued blue jersey not of Thome in Nov 2012.:( :mad:

I saw this jersey when it first popped up a few days ago. MLB Authentication is bad, size is off but the nameplate was the first visual red flag for me. I have never seen an Indians Thome jersey from his second tour with the tribe and this certainly is not the first.
