Help Notre Dame shooting shirt

Was watching this shirt

I have never seen this style before. A bidder said it was from the final four in 1978 if you look under the questions at the bottom of the page.

Anyone familiar with this style? Would love to add it o my collection I just cannot find any photos or anything to confirm.
