Anyone recognize this Hologram?

I'm wondering if it's now-defunct San Diego Sports Collectibles; they had a nicer, more recent hologram. Sorry about the dark scan, the numbers say "2000-2499." I have several, and they all are "2000-something."

If it IS San Diego Sp. Coll, does anyone have any stories/feedback/experiences with them?

Hi Ken,

I'm thinking there's a possibility the hologram is from the San Diego Sports Commission. They have held several events that have included autograph signings. So maybe the hologram number reflects autograph tickets 2000 through 2499. Would be a cheaper way of adding authenticity instead of serial numbers. Maybe a long shot but that's my guess. ~Joe
