HELP ID'ing a Vintage Baseball Hat

I recently acquired a late 60s Tim McAuliffe baseball cap, which I cannot assign to any particular team.

Does anybody here have any idea what team it could be?

Certainly isn't a Brewers hat (it was advertised as that), since it was made before 1970, plus it's dark green, the M is more yellowish than orange, don't be fooled by the images.

Possibly Minor League?

Minneapolis Millers used a very similar M. Not sure of their team colors though.

Thought so as well, but they folded in 1960, so it's impossible. Plus, their colors were black and orange.

Still haven't been able to come up with a team.
But I'm pretty sure the hat dates from exactly 1965-1968.
