    Fake Steiner Certs?

Has anyone heard of Steiner certificates/letters being faked? How easy would it be to duplicate the hologram and letterhead?

Recently, I saw a few bats offered on E-bay with "Steiner" letters that were not on official letterhead. Could this fact alone mean anything?

We have discussed fake team letters on the Forum before. Steiner letters could be faked too. Tough to fake a hologram I would think. Steiner's problem is they don't do numbered holograms yet.....

Do you have a link or picture to post of the letter?

    Have you notified Steiner?

What makes you think it's a fake? At first glance, it appears to be the real deal.

            Hey Eric,
Looks good to me too, just wanted to be sure when purchasing from a 3rd party. My primary area is historical autographs, so just getting a few pointers.

            Thanks to all who replied.
