Hello! I have a 2006 Zimmerman rookie bat and it looks the same as the one that you have except for the fact that mine is an M9. Have you tried to find pictures of Zimmerman using a bat like yours?

yes there are picture's of him using this model/style bat in 2006. i just didn't know if there is a way to identify the year from a marking or something on the bat itself. usally there are year/batch #'s or something?
